Resetting your Password

1. To reset your password first enter your email address for your account and click 'Continue'.

2. Now enter your click on ‘Forgot Password’ underneath the password field.

3. You will get a confirmation message to say you have been sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Click on the 'Open Email App' to open your emails.

4. Your email will look similar to the below image but with your name and personal link:

5. When you click on the link you will be taken to a browser page where you will be asked to create a new password. To reset your password you will need to meet the below criteria exactly.

6. Once this has been set you will get the below message advising you to go back to the app where you can now login using the password you have set.
