These are the different areas which you can monitor through AmaraHealth™.
Once you have chosen which one/s you would like to add the app will prompt you to add current information and set a goal for the tracker/s.
Weight - set a goal for your weight and track it daily (we will recommend a weight to aim for based on your current BMI).
Smoking - set a goal for how many cigarettes you wish to smoke (it can be zero!) in what time period and track daily.
Activity - set a goal for how many minutes of exercise you would like to complete in a day and track your progress daily.
Calories - set a goal for how many calories you are aiming to consume in a day and track your meals daily.
Mood - set your mood (great, good, average, stressed, bad, sad, awful, angry, anxious, tired, happy, relaxed) and track this as it changes hourly or daily.
Sleep - set your sleep time and track this daily to get an insight into your sleep patterns.
Alcohol - set your weekly limit for how much you would like to be drinking and track your alcohol consumption as you go.
Water - set a goal for how much water you would like to be drinking daily and track daily.
There is no limit to how many things you can track at once - you can use all of them or only one if you wish!
