To activate your trackers you can either click on the ‘plus’ icon at the bottom of your dashboard screen, or click ‘Get Started’.

From here you can choose as many trackers as you would like to activate (click on the ones you would like and then ‘Continue’)

Activity - when activating this tracker you will be asked how active you currently are and to set a goal for how many minutes of activity you would like to achieve daily.

Alcohol - when activating this tracker you'll be asked to set your daily alcohol limit by number of units. A unit is calculated as 10ml or 8g of pure alcohol, which is roughly the amount of alcohol the average adult can process in 1 hour.

Calories - when activating this tracker you will be asked to set a goal for how many calories you are aiming to consume in a day; including breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks.

Mood - when activating this tracker you will be asked to set your mood (great, good, average, stressed, bad, sad, awful, angry, anxious, tired, happy, relaxed) so that you have a starting point for your day.

Sleep - when activating this tracker you'll be asked how long you you are aiming to sleep for daily.

Smoking - when activating this tracker you will be asked how many cigarettes you currently smoke per day, then how many you would like to reduce this by and in what time period. We recommend that you aim for 0 cigarettes, however please go at your own pace and set a goal you are more likely to achieve at first.

Steps - when activating this tracker you will be asked how many steps you would like to acheive in a day.

Water - when activating this tracker you'll be asked to set your daily water intake goal in millilitres.

Weight - to activate this tracker you will be asked to input your current weight either in kilograms or stones, followed by your height (in cm or feet/inches) and then set your target weight.
The app will recommend a weight to work towards if you are aiming to lose weight - please set your target weight according to your weight loss or weight gain plan if you already have one set by your health clinician.

Note: all goals can be amended within each tracker insight page as required.
