Each of your Trackers will have a graph or chart that will show you an overview of your activity or consumption (depending on the tracker). This is for you to look out for any trends and see how you can either maintain or improve your wellbeing score.
The Dashboard will show you a daily overview of your active trackers, whereas the Insights will show you your weekly trends and more.
Weight: Graph/Chart will help you monitor any weight losses or increases depending on your weight management journey.
Smoking: Graph/Chart shows how many cigarettes you have consumed to help you on your goal of quitting/reducing.
Physical Activity: Graph/Chart gives you a view of how long you were active for in your respective activities (e.g. yoga, cycling, running) to help you reach your activity goals.
Calorie Intake: Graph/Chart can show you an average of daily calories consumed over a week, which you can then compare with your physical activity stats to gain more insight into your weekly energy input vs energy output.
Emotions: Graph/Chart will highlight the respective emotions for you to get an overview of your moods across a certain timescale, and show your latest mood entry.
