For each tracker you have turned on, you'll get Today view and a Week view.
Under the Week tab you'll see all the data from the week you're currently on.
Weight: This will show you your total weight lost for the current week in a graph. You'll be able to see each day on the graph and, on touch, it will tell you the total weight entered for that date.
Smoking: This will show you a graph of the past week, and how many cigarettes were entered for each day. The limit you set will appear on the graph as well, so you can see how close or far you were from your limit on each day.
Physical Activity: This will show you your total activity in time over the past 7 days in a graph, broken down by individual days. You can see how much time was recorded on each day, and see how close or far you are from your daily activity goal.
Calorie Intake: This will show you a chart covering the current week in days, broken down by each category (breakfast, lunch, dinner and other). It will also show you the percentage of calories used in each category.
Mood: This will show you a graph covering the past week, with your most common mood entered for that time period. On touch you'll be able to see the most common entered mood for each day.
Sleep: This will show you a chart covering the current week in days, and on touch you can see the sleep quality for each night. You'll also see the average time slept for the past 7 days, as well as your goal.
