1. Open the app
Open the AmaraHealth™ and log in.
2. View the Unread Messages bar on your dashboard
If you have any new unread messages, a bar will appear at the top of your dashboard to help you easily find these.
If you tap on the Unread Messages bar it'll open straight into the relevant chat that has the unread message. If there are unread messages in more than one chat, it'll take you to a list of all your chats for you to select the one you want to view first.

3. View the Unread Messages section in your profile
Another way of viewing your chats and unread messages is by going to your profile section and viewing them there.
1. Tap on the person icon in the top left of the screen
2. Tap on the Messages box
3. Select that chat you want to view

Tips/Hints
- You must have version 1.1.0 of the app as a minimum to access Messages
- Users aren't able to start chats from the app, they can only reply to a chat once it's been started by someone in the platform
