Deleting a message

1. Open the app

Open the AmaraHealth™ and log in.

2. Select the chat you want to reply to

Go to the person icon in the top left on the Dashboard, then select the Messages card.

Select which chat you want to open.

On the message you want to delete, tap and hold your finger on it until it pops up with the delete view that you can see below. 

Tap the Delete button and your message will be delete from the chat.

If you don't want to delete that message, just tap anywhere else on the screen and the delete view will disappear.

Tips/Hints

• You can only delete messages you've sent, not ones that have been sent to you
• The message will be deleted for the other person as long as they haven't already opened it. If it's already been opened and read you won't be able to delete the message from their view.
