For each tracker you have turned on, you'll get Today view and a Week view.
Under the Today tab you'll see all the data from the day you're currently on.
Weight: This will show you your most recently added weight, your weight goal, and how far you have to go to reach it.
Smoking: This will show you your most recent cigarette entry, your daily limit, and how close you are to it. The closer you are to your limit, the icon will change to red to make you aware of it.
Physical Activity: This will show you your most recent activity entry by time spent, your daily activity goal, and how long you have left until you reach it.
Calorie Intake: This will tell you your total added calories for the day and will show you the breakdown of calories in each category (i.e., breakfast, lunch and dinner). It will also show you your daily intake goal.
Mood: This will show you your latest mood entry, along with a graph that represents all the mood entries you've added today. Here you'll see how your moods have varied across the day.
Sleep: This will show you the hours you slept last night, along with your quality of sleep.
