To Add Data for your Trackers click on the plus icon in the Dashboard then find and click on the relevant tracker icon.
Alternatively you can click on the tracker card from the Dashboard which will take you to the daily and weekly statistics for this tracker. From here click on the plus icon in the top right corner to Add Data.
Weight - add todays weight either in kilos or stone, once you submit this you will be diverted back to your dashboard where you can view your progress updated in the tracker card
Smoking - add the number of cigarettes you smoked today - we recommend you do this as you go but it can also be updated at the end of the day with your daily tally
Activity - record the number of minutes you were active today either manually or record as you go. To record different types of activities you will need to repeat this process
Calories - when adding food, it is broken down into five sections including drinks, and in each section you can choose to manually add items or search for them in our food catalogue.
Mood - record your mood using one of our 12 moods provided, and you will see daily and weekly overviews from this data.
Sleep - when adding data you'll be asked how long you usually sleep for, what time you usually go to sleep, and what your sleep quality is usually like.
Alcohol - when adding alcohol data you'll be able to search based on the type of drink (beer, wine, spirit, etc.), the quantity, and the alcohol percentage. It will also save your most recently added drinks so you can easily add the same entry if needed.
Water - when adding data you'll be asked to either enter the ml of water, or search pre-filled options (Small Glass - 200ml).
