If you have advised that you are satisfied your concern is, or has been, addressed properly then the support team will close the support ticket.
Should you wish to reopen a support ticket, you can simply reply to it and it will automatically be reopened.
You can solve your own ticket yourself by logging into the Help Centre and navigating to the Tickets page.
From there, you can select one of your tickets that is in an open or pending state and clicking the ‘Close Ticket’ button. If the ticket needs to be reopened, simply responding with a new comment will reopen it.
