If relevant to the problem and helpful in troubleshooting, our support team will request information relating to the issue or question raised.
We encourage anyone raising a ticket with our support team to sanitise all personal or identifiable information before sharing them in a support ticket.
Sensitive information that should never be shared include:
- Passwords
- Patient identifiable information (name, phone numbers, email addresses, full addresses and postcode)
- Screenshots containing identifiable data
If our support team receives any tickets with sensitive information on it, the ticket will be deleted immediately and you will be advised to create a new ticket without the information on it.
