If you would like to remove your AmaraHealth™ completely, you will need to request this with us to action, and then we will confirm it with you once that's been completed.
To do this, go to the settings section of the app via the following steps:
- Tap on your initials in the top left of your screen
- Tap on the settings cog icon in the top right
- Tap on the Support section
- Tap the Delete Account button
Once you've tapped Delete Account you'll be redirected to our support centre to raise a ticket with our support team who will process your request with 24 hours. You will also be automatically logged out of your account on the app.
Our team will then confirm back with you as soon as your request has been actioned.
